LVTBT是由郑州特巴计算机科技有限公司及其关联公司（以下统称“LVTBT”）运营的严肃、纯粹的交友平台。LVTBT会员服务条款（以下简称“本协议”）是会员（以下简称“您”，指注册、登录并使用LVTBT服务的个人）与LVTBT之间的协议。LVTBT将严格按照本协议条款提供产品和服务。注册、登录或使用LVTBT的产品和服务（以下统称“服务”）即表示您同意并接受本协议的所有条款。如果您不同意本协议的任何条款，则不应使用或停止使用LVTBT提供的任何服务。

1. 服务协议的确认与接受

3. When you use certain specific products and services of Teba Technology, Teba Technology may formulate specific service agreements, business rules, etc., in order to explain to you the service content and service rules of Teba Technology in more detail. 2. Service Content and description

1. LVTBT's services are divided into online services and offline services. "Online Services" means the dating services provided by LVTBT to you via the Internet; Specific services are subject to the actual provision of LVTBT. "Offline Services" means the services provided to you by LVTBT and third parties authorized by LVTBT (the specific list shall be subject to the content published by LVTBT, LVTBT will update the list from time to time) as "LVTBT Offline Service Center". LVTBT reserves the right to modify, replace and upgrade any service provided by LVTBT according to the actual situation and will notify you on the relevant page. If a member does not agree to or accept the above changes of LVTBT, please directly stop using the services of LVTBT, otherwise it will be deemed that the Member agrees to and accepts any services provided by LVTBT, and the agreement and acceptance remain bound by this Agreement.

2. LVTBT, as a network service platform, provides members with marriage and dating information services. In order to use the services of LVTBT, you should equip yourself with the equipment necessary to access the Internet (e.g. computer, mobile phone, etc.) and pay the fee required to log in to the Internet. The network services provided by LVTBT include members' own instant messaging, interactive entertainment, hot chat groups, following others, publishing fate circle and other services, as well as members' initiative to authorize LVTBT to provide greetings or romantic invitations to members of the opposite sex.

3. The services provided by LVTBT include free services and paid services. Members can purchase paid services through payment methods. For the specific service content and tariff standards of paid services, please refer to the official page of LVTBT. Members can only use the corresponding paid services if they complete the payment behavior. If you use a paid service, you must comply with special rules.

4. In order to promote member interaction, some service applications provided by LVTBT (including but not limited to Cupid's Arrow, one-click greeting, etc.) have the function of triggering greetings and greetings. When members use such apps, they send greetings to members of the opposite sex who meet their friend search requirements. LVTBT cannot guarantee that the information sent or received by the Member through such application will fully meet the Member's dating needs. The Member understands and agrees to receive such service information from LVTBT.

The Member understands and agrees to receive in-site letters, emails, text messages, phone calls and wechat, skype, line and other notifications from LVTBT for such services.

6. In order to provide comprehensive and high-quality dating and matchmaking services, LVTBT will send you information (including but not limited to service process confirmation, other users wish to contact, appointment, event information and consultation, promotion of new services or new products) by sending in-site letters, emails, SMS or phone calls, wechat, skype, line and other notifications, etc. Tips, business promotion, safety tips, etc. to log in to this website again); By registering with LVTBT or actually using LVTBT's services, you expressly agree to receive such information; If you do not wish to receive such information, you have the right to unsubscribe by calling the customer service hotline or through the unsubscribe function provided by LVTBT. If you do not unsubscribe, you will be deemed to have agreed to receive such information.

7, the use of Teba technology services for illegal acts, or words and deeds (online or offline) deviate from the serious purpose of LVTBT dating, Teba technology will be seriously dealt with, and take penalties including but not limited to warning, adding blacklist, closing member accounts and other measures.

8. LVTBT has the right to conduct a preliminary review of the authenticity, accuracy and completeness of personal information such as member registration information. The User consents to LVTBT (directly or through third parties) making any enquiries necessary to verify the User's identity, including providing further information or documents.

9. LVTBT will display the corresponding logo as a reminder to users who have been authenticated (directly or through a third party). The information without the authentication mark is filled in by the user. Ask users to be careful when making friends.

3. Membership service usage rules

1. 会员在使用LVBT服务时应当遵守宪法和法律，包括但不限于《中华人民共和国民法典》、《中华人民共和国著作权法》、《全国人民代表大会常务委员会关于维护互联网安全的决定》、《中华人民共和国保护国家秘密法》等，以及《中华人民共和国电信管理条例》、《中华人民共和国计算机信息系统安全保护条例》、《中华人民共和国计算机信息网络国际联网管理暂行条例及其实施办法》、《计算机信息系统国际联网安全管理规定》、《互联网信息服务管理办法》、《计算机信息网络国际网络安全保护管理办法》、《互联网电子公告服务管理条例》、《中华人民共和国网络安全法》以及其他与互联网信息服务相关的法律法规；同时，必须维护公共秩序和社会道德，不得危害网络安全。禁止宣扬恐怖主义和极端主义，宣扬民族仇恨和歧视，散布暴力和淫秽信息，捏造或散布虚假信息扰乱经济社会秩序，侵犯他人名誉权、隐私权和知识产权等合法权益。
